Refunds and Exchanges

All our sales are final, however we do offer 100% money back guarantee on any items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. Just let us know and we'll provide a return address, and offer a replacement or refund as preferred. 

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order our payment system deems to be fraudulent. 

We do not issue refunds and returns based on buyer's remorse, wrong size/measurements purchased, or factors leading to shipping errors (ie. wrong address input on checkout). 

Contact us within 5 days of receipt of item for any defects or wrong items shipped.
